The title company will provide the following documents for borrower:

  1. Mortgage (with fixture financing, assignment of rents and leases)
  2. UCC financing statement
  3. Assignment of agreements, plans and permits
  4. Promissory note
  5. Construction loan agreement (for improvements only)
  6. Disbursing agreement (for improvements only)
  7. Closing statement
  8. Sworn construction statement (for improvements only)
  9. Indemnity agreement
  10. Certification of soil report (if needed)
  11. Environmental indemnity (if needed)
