The title company will provide the following documents for borrower:
- Mortgage (with fixture financing, assignment of rents and leases)
- UCC financing statement
- Assignment of agreements, plans and permits
- Promissory note
- Construction loan agreement (for improvements only)
- Disbursing agreement (for improvements only)
- Closing statement
- Sworn construction statement (for improvements only)
- Indemnity agreement
- Certification of soil report (if needed)
- Environmental indemnity (if needed)
