This loan fund is dedicated to making the Greek chapter houses more available, safer and more efficient. While your entire project may have a broader scope, monies from this loan fund can be used for the following types of improvements:
- Structural, electrical and mechanical improvements;
- Basic comfort, e.g., insulation, energy management systems, replacement of lighting, doors and windows;
- Sprinklers and fire code improvements;
- Security Systems: access control, security cameras, etc.;
- Functional or code upgrades to kitchens and bathrooms;
- ADA improvements;
- Code compliance;
- Additional costs incurred to meet Historic Preservation requirements for above work
- Associated soft costs
- Contingency
- Down-payment assistance
